The Dwarf Lady Finger is a smaller sized tree than its giant relative with a stocky thick stem reaching a height of around 2m.
The Dwarf Lady finger is a prolific producer of delicious tasting bananas a relatively quick grower generally fruiting in 12 months of planting given the right conditions.
The Dwarf Ladyfinger Banana has excellent disease, wind and cold resistance making this a great choice for backyard and commercial growers.
Like all bananas it is best to protect from cold winds and frost.
The Dwarf Lady finger plants are produced via tissue culture to ensure they're disease and pest free, it is important when selecting suckers to look for suckers with thicker stems as on occasion these can revert to full size trees.
