The Fruit of the Kyogle gold weight's in from 15 to 30kg and have deep orange colour, the flesh is classified as soft with a sensational strong, sweet flavour and aroma perfect for eating fresh, drying or freezing.
The unripe fruit can be used as a meat substitute.
The flesh of the Kyogle gold is easily removed from the fruit.
