Jambolan Plum

The Jambolan Plum goes by many names including Java plum, Black plum, Purple plum and Damson plum to name a few. The Jambolan plum is a fast growing, very hardy tree that grows well in cool and tropical climates. The Jambolan Plum’s flesh is very dark purple in colour, having a very sweet flavour when they are left to ripen fully. The fruit is eaten fresh or used in making Pies, Sauces and Jams. The Jambolan Plum has many health benefits and are high in antioxidants and packed with vitamins and minerals.
