The Kiamana Lychee is a selected cultivar from Hawaii, needing less chill for flower initiation. It has an early harvest season, Nov-Dec with large sized fruit of great quality. Kiamana lychee is an evergreen tropical tree, easily kept at 2m with pruning to aid in fruit collection. It gets large terminal clusters of very sweet large red skinned fruit in the summer. It has a relatively short season, but so worth it.
