The Malay Apple has large glossy leaves and stunning red-pink flowers.The oval fruit is a deep red in colour, a thin skin with a crispy white flesh with a rose like aromatic, sweet mild flavour. Malay apples thrive in a warm , humid climate and require protection from frost however can tolerate very low temps when mature.
