This Mandarin originates from Mitchelton, Brisbane Queensland where it was discovered as a chance seedling in 1888. Also known as the Pride of Glen Retreat and Beauty of Glen Retreat.

The tree produces large very sweet fruit with a thin easy peel skin. Ripening from June - July. If left on the tree you will notice the skin gets 'puffy' and easier to peel the longer left to develop.

Fruit is generally low seed but can increase seed counts with cross pollination.
