Mango - Ah Ping

The Ah Ping mango, originating from Hawaii and named after Mrs. Chun Ah Ping of Molokai, features a spreading growth habit with an open canopy.

It produces medium-to-large red oval shaped fruits known for their firm, fiberless texture and exceptionally sweet flavour with strong stone fruit notes.

The monoembryonic seeds are paper-thin with the tree often yielding small "nubbin" fruits with aborted seeds.
