Persimmon Izu - non astringent

Plants are dormant late autumn and winter- no leaves until spring.

Izu is the earliest non astringent variety to ripen. Izu fruit is medium-sized (200 Grams) with a burnt orange skin and soft flesh with a good amount of juice and an amazing flavour. Izu tree has dwarfing attributes in comparison to Fuyu and sets an abundant crop.
