The Sunami Persimmon is a non-astringent Persimmon originating as a bud mutation of Fuyu in Japan.

The Sunami fruit matures 10 days before Fuyu.

The Sunami is yellow in colour and large fruit weighing up to 300 grams.

Sunami has a better , sweeter flavour and texture than Fuyu.

A rare variety.
