White Sapote - Suebelle Grafted

The Suebelle White Sapote produce fruit that is generally smooth and round, but can often irregular, turning light yellow when mature. With an average weight of 150 grams the Suebelle has a rich, soft, sweet pulp, with slight musky and rather small seed. The Suebelle fruit bruises easily and does not keep long however has a long bearing season so can be picked when needed. Suebelle bears good crops every year and is a popular home use cultivar in California. White Sapote are very hardy, prolific fruiting trees for the subtropics but also perform well in cooler climates protected from frosts when young.
